This cape-style piece is a bold reinterpretation of the classic denim jacket, features flowing open sides and a structured shoulder cut. Constructed from reclaimed denim, it showcases symmetrical patchwork sleeves accented with hand-stitched sashiko embroidery. The crescent moon, at the same time, is an eye and a drop motif, adorned with freshwater pearls, adding softness and symbolic depth to the rugged texture of denim.

This statement piece invites quiet strength and gentle storytelling, rooted in eastern mending traditions, stitched with care in Alberta. Frayed edges and asymmetry are embraced as reminders of the garment's past life, while each detail celebrates resilience and renewal.
