Standard shipping is included in the price. Delivery time within Canada is typically 3-5 business days through Canada Post.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or edited.

Please get in touch with us if you would like to purchase outside of Canada. We are happy to discuss the delivery method and fee.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Growling Stitch, each piece is carefully handcrafted from upcycled materials, making it entirely unique. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products and the time-intensive process behind every creation, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, fit, or perceived imperfections. Please read product descriptions carefully and review all photos before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item. We will assess the issue and respond accordingly.
